All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be made at the time of order confirmation or upon delivery, depending on the payment method selected.

• We accept cash, UPI, and card payments
• All prices include applicable taxes

3. Delivery

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. However, delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

• Delivery is available within our service area (5km radius from our location)
• Minimum order value may apply for delivery
• Delivery charges may vary based on distance
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the customer

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days
• No refunds for orders that have been delivered
• In case of quality issues, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery

5. Food Safety and Allergies

We take food safety seriously and follow all hygiene standards. However, if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of ordering.

• We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our products
• Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen
• Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order
